AI3 Hackathon
Having started on February 20, the hackathon opened with a welcome session followed by an explanation of the event’s structure.
A dedicated ZetaChain Developer Session and additional discussions followed later, diving into blockchain development and product marketing strategies.
However, the second day, February 21, is deemed more crucial as the final judging round with over 35 projects already submitted.
As participation is not open to all, Coin Terminal and ZetaChain have personally selected the most promising projects to ensure only the most innovative teams can take part in the event.
The judging panel includes the co-founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of Blockchain.com, ZetaChain’s Head of Developer Relations, the Investment Director at MEXC, the Head of Investments at Gate.io, the Head of Research at Uphold, and key members of Coin Terminal.
Industry leaders such as MEXC, Gate.io, Uphold, and Blockchain.com are also official partners of the event.
AI and blockchain innovation
As of February 2025, Coin Terminal has a user base of over 521,000 and has helped fund 66 startups.
On the other hand, supported by over 300 ecosystem partners, ZetaChain has facilitated more than 167 million transactions across 4.1 million unique addresses.
The new hackathon has allowed the two partners to attract developers, entrepreneurs, and innovators and promote groundbreaking decentralized applications (dApps) that harness the power of both artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain technology.
